Do I have to be ready to commit before reaching out?
No. Most people text us with "I'm just exploring" or "tell me how this works." That's the right place to start. We'd rather have a 15-minute honest conversation than a 6-month engagement with a bad fit.
How fast will you actually respond?
During business hours (Mon–Fri & Sun, 6am–9pm MST), usually within an hour. Outside hours, first thing the next morning. We promise 24 hours; we beat it the vast majority of the time.

Will you call me at random hours or spam me?
No. We respect your time — one initial reply, then we wait for you. No drip campaigns, no follow-up cadences, no "checking in." If you're interested, we'll know.
What information should I send in my first message?

Do you ever turn clients away?
